Canada: Au tournant du Coeur - retreat center, Sutton, Quebec

The retreats are based on, and inspired by, the Wisdom of Avatar Adi Da Samraj and include guided meditations, yoga lessons, video presentations, group considerations, personal stories, contemplative walks, and delicious vegetarian meals.

Languages: there are retreats in English, Dutch and German.

The retreat program and the stay for one night in a pleasant yet simple room are for free. You pay only 45 euro / 50 USD for food and drinks during the weekend.
