Contemporary Dance Platform

Platform for Contemporary dance based in Utrecht and Amsterdam to nurture exchange between new and professional (dance) artists.

Weekly classes open for new and professional dancers/movers in Contemporary techniques such as: Release technique, instant composition, contact improvisation, somatics and more.

Workshops with (international) guest teachers in instant composition and/or contact improvisation.

The DI &A company performs over 6 site specific performances per year at f.e. Culturele Zondagen and by invitation of other institutions/companies. They have performed at Museums, churches, streets, parcs, living rooms, shops etc.
The company are also performing several improvised performances during THE BOILER ROOM and at OT301 together with artists that are working in the field.

Currently DI U&A is setting up a relation with Paris based platform Instant Pudding!, Cultivate festival USA and STOB Hong Kong.
